We decided on the Taco Truck cuisine for 30 plus. The organization and ease they created for us to work with was amazing! Simple to set up, all items labeled and ready to serve. The food ... well, tasted as if it were cooked off a truck sitting in front of us. ALL the carne was eaten, guests raved of the flavors, especially the salad dressing! We and our guests couldn't have been happier!! Very professional, very understanding and flexible, and high quality, fun food.
